Nissan Frontier
The Nissan Frontier is the latest in the company's long and successful line of compact pickup trucks. teh Frontier comes in 4 different trim-levels: S, SV, SV V6 and PRO-4X.
The Nissan Frontier S and SV uses a 2.5-liter DOHC 16-valve 4-cylinder engine with 152-hp, while the SV V6 and the PRO-4X uses a 4.0-liter DOHC 24-valve V6 engine with 261 horses. All four trim levels include Continuously Variable Valve Timing Control System (CVTCS) on intake valves, Variable Intake System, Nissan Direct Ignition System, Platinum-tipped spark plugs and Electronic drive-by-wire throttle.
The S and the SV comes with a 5-speed manual transmission standard and has an automatic transmission available as an option. The S comes standard with 15" x 7" 6-spoke steel wheels, General Grabber™ all-season tires and a four speaker AM/FM/CD audio system audio system. The SV adds 16" x 7" 5-spoke aluminum-alloy wheels, dual power outside mirrors, Bed rail caps and a sliding rear window.
The SV V6 adds a 2-wheel Active Brake Limited Slip, Splash guards and a Radio Data System. The PRO-4X adds Dana® 44 rear axle, Switch-operated 2-speed transfer case, Electronic locking rear differential, Bilstein off-road performance shock absorbers, Skid plates, Fog lights, Body-color grille, Body-color front and rear bumpers.
